Some of you periodic or even occasional readers of my blog have realized that I haven't posted in quite a while. This is sad but true :(. However, I do have a legitimate excuse for my inability to blog in that I've been extremely busy studying for my upcoming AP Exams and the dreaded SAT.
Some of you might know that I enrolled in an SAT Preparation Course at the school, which basically meets once a month on Saturdays from 8-12 and offers advice, tips, and practice to prepare one for taking the SAT. This "once a month" rule only applies, however, to the months leading up to April.

Yes, I've had to wake up EVERY Saturday morning to be at school at 8AM in order to take an SAT prep class. Talk about major sleep deprivation. So in between SAT prep classes, sleeping (which I don't get much of), studying for my driving test coming up later this month, major amounts of homework, preparing for AP Exams, and applying for a job at Subway, I've been rather busy.
Still, I decided to take time out of my busy schedule and post a bit about some of these "fun" things I've been up to/are upcoming. First, I take the SAT this Saturday, May 3! :S. While this means the end of SAT Prep Classes (Hallelujah!), It marks the beginning of tests, applications, and college prep, something that's so overwhelming I don't even want to think about.
And these haven't been the easiest days leading up to the test...See our school has a program in which the first SAT is paid for by the school and they register you and take care of everything. I gave them my name and thought everything was fine, until Thursday when I found out my name wasn't on the school's list nor the College Board's (people who give out the SAT). This greatly infuriated me, and now I have to go as a stand-by to hope that someone doesn't show up......fun stuff.

At the same time, I'm preparing for my drivers theory test on May 22nd, waiting to hear back from Subway on the job offer, and playing so much baseball that its not even funny (we won our first game yesterday 13-12!). So for now, I bid you adieu as I go back to countless hours of revision and practice tests, hopefully all paying off come tomorrow and Monday. Wish me luck!!
